I stayed at Hacienda Margot and it was an incredible experience. The hosts made me feel like I was visiting close family. They even surprised me with a special gesture. The room I was upgraded to was the largest I've ever stayed in. The location was super quiet and they provided free bikes to explore the town. The breakfast, consisting of toast, fruit, yogurt, and coffee. I highly recommend visiting Chitzen Itza in the morning to beat the crowds, and the host gave great tips on getting there early. Lastly, the traditional Mexican bakery around the corner was a delightful find.

Spent Christmas at this amazing boutique hotel and it exceeded my expectations! The courtyard and pool were the best aspects, and my family loved spending time there. The spacious rooms were also a plus and accommodated all of our belongings. The staff were fantastic and hospitable, treating us like family. They even offered free bikes, which was a great way to explore the nearby town and its attractions. The location was just perfect, a peaceful oasis away from the bustling center.

The air conditioning was not working well upon our arrival and it took a while to cool off the room. The gate could have been locked at night or have a security camera for added safety.

During our Christmas stay at this place, we appreciated the free bikes offered by the establishment. It was a great way to explore the area and get to nearby locations quickly. the pool was a huge highlight for us. It was well-maintained and clean, providing a refreshing respite from the hot Mexican sun. the rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities.

One aspect that we didn't like was the location. It was quite far from the town center, and we had to cycle instead of walking in the scorching heat.

I loved this hotel for its cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast and helpful staff. It was conveniently located just outside the busy, noisy center of town and close to many touristic spots in the region. Parking and transportation were also available.
